The venues will be open 30 minutes prior the beginning.
Delays may occur for dramaturgical reasons.
To minimise the disruption of performers and the audience all efforts will be made to ensure the admission of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance, this always under the advice of our staff.
The ticket is only valid for a specified seat. If you choose to sit in an
unassigned seat, you will be asked to pay the difference in price, leave the seat
or leave the venue.
BOX OFFICE
The Box Office for the Open Air Performances in "The Castle Moat Schloss Lamberg" is located in the Palace gardens (opposit the entrance to the Palace Gallery)
If a performance is moved to Stadttheater the box office is located on the first floor of Stadttheater. (Entrance Volksstraße)
The ticket counter of Altes Theater is located in the foyer.
Opening Hours:
The ticket counter is open from 7 pm to 9 pm.
The Box Offices only provide remaining tickets for performances of the very evening.
Tickets booked and paid in advance must be picked up within 30 minutes of the perfomance commencing.
Tickets received cannot be returned.
Thank you for paying in cash.

Discounts for the Music Festival Steyr 2011
Children from 10 up to 16 years (= up to the 16th birthday) are entitled to a
discount of 50% of the applicable category.
Children up to 10 ( = up to the 10th birthday) are entitled to a discount of
100% of the applicable category.
For organisational reasons tickets will be deposited at the box office.

DOMESTIC AUTHORITY
The use of mobile phones during performances is not permitted. Without exception, the recording of sight or sound before, during and after the performance is strictly prohibited due to copyright laws. Customers are kindly asked to accept the presence of TV or film production. There is no compensation for visuals made of customers in the process of TV or film recordings.
Smoking is only permitted in specially assigned areas.
Due to security and fire safety regulations pets are not permitted in the venue area.
Instructions by the festival and security crew must be followed.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The organisers of the Music Festival will try to ensure the open air performances even in case of doubtful weather and would like to point out that performances in "The Castle Moat" will take place regardless of light rainfall. Delays and short breaks may occur. We therefore kindly advise our guests to wear weather proof and warm attire and to refrain from the use of umbrellas as not to obstruct stage vision and sound.
When the weather is doubtful the organisers decide upon the location of an open air performance on the very day by 6.00 pm.

"All-weather tickets" (available in all categories). In case of cancellation of the performance in "The Castle Moat" or if the performance is only possible for less
than 60 minutes, the holder of an all- weather ticket is entitled to the semi-staged version in Stadttheater Steyr and the ticket will not be refunded. In that case the tickets category will correspond with the category in Stadttheater, due to a different seating arrangement the seats may not be next to each other.
"Fair-weather-tickets" (available in all categories) are only valid for performances
in "The Castle Moat". Tickets will be refunded, if the performance is cancelled or is only possible for less than 60 minutes and transferred to Stadttheater Steyr.

Tickets sent by mail require an extra charge of € 2,-. Payment slip included.
USE OF CAMERAS / VIDEO
The use of cameras, tape recorders or any other electronic or digital
recording, photographing or imaging devices is not allowed inside the
auditorium for reasons of copyright.
Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves
as members of the audience ceded for use in general practice.
All ticket holders have follow the staff´s instructions.

Due to limited parking capacity near Schloss Lamberg, we recommend taking
advantage of the following car parks:
